Using FeelingArt

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and use the site lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may sign out or request account deletion from your account controls.

Digital-product license

Unless a product page states otherwise, purchasing a design grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded file for personal projects and permitted finished goods. The underlying artwork and intellectual-property rights remain with FeelingArt or the identified rights holder.

Not allowed

• Reselling, sharing or distributing source PNG or ZIP files.
• Uploading source files to marketplaces, libraries, print-on-demand catalogues or AI-training collections.
• Removing watermarks from previews or bypassing access controls.
• Using the Clubhouse to harass others, infringe rights, spam or publish unlawful content.

Accounts and Clubhouse

We may remove content or suspend accounts that misuse the service or harm the community. Members can delete their own posts and comments. Account deletion is irreversible and may not erase transaction records that must be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or legal claims.

Availability and changes

We work to keep FeelingArt available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Features, prices and these terms may change prospectively. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

Disclaimers and liability

Digital files are supplied for use with compatible software and equipment. To the extent permitted by law, FeelingArt is not responsible for indirect losses, incompatible third-party equipment or use outside the product description. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
